Low energy can overlap with sleep, stress, mood, thyroid, hormones, nutrition, medications, or metabolic health. We start with what you’re feeling, then your clinician looks across the full picture before building a plan.

Build one connected plan
A clinician-led next step that evolves as your needs change.
This isn’t just an algorithm.
Your answers help a real clinician understand where you’re starting. Every plan is reviewed by a board-certified NP — no automatic prescriptions, ever.
Care shouldn’t reset every visit.
Your history, labs, and treatment plan live in one record. Same clinician for follow-ups. Nothing gets re-explained, nothing gets lost between visits.
Your clinical team
Your clinician actually knows you.
Small panels. Continuity of care. The clinician who does your first visit is the clinician who does your follow-ups — your history follows you, not the other way around.

Kevin Watson, FNP-C
Twin Falls, Idaho · 20+ years in nursing & healthcare
Kevin brings 20 years of nursing, healthcare leadership, and clinical experience to Everyday Health Co. A nurse practitioner since 2019, he built the practice around continuity — patients who see him at their first visit see him at every follow-up, and their history follows them.
“Measured, evidence-led care. Every plan is built from your labs, your symptoms, and your goals — not from a template.”
We think healthcare should be good enough that you tell someone you care about.
Most of our growth is word of mouth — a friend, a spouse, a coworker who felt better and told the next person. We spend the marketing budget most clinics use on ads on longer visits and smaller panels instead.
Pick a video slot on the calendar. A brief online intake tees up the visit — most patients are on the schedule within 48 hours.

Labs at a partner draw site
Labcorp or Access Medical Labs near you. Results flow into your portal with a plain-English summary from your clinician — the same clinician you saw at intake.
03
A written plan that follows your results
Your clinician discusses the initial direction during the visit. When labs or additional review are needed, the written plan — protocol, prescriptions if indicated, measurable targets — is finalized after that information is available.

Care programs built around the whole picture.
Browse by area of care, or start with the concern that brought you here. Every program connects back to the same clinical record and ongoing relationship.
Membership is time with your clinician. Programs are what they treat you for. Medications and labs are billed separately at cost — we don’t profit on either. See the full pricing page for the breakdown.
From our patients
Real people. Real results.
We’re a Twin Falls practice built on referrals. These are a few of the people whose care we’ve gotten to be part of.
“I'd been tired and unmotivated for years and thought it was just getting older. Every Day Health Co found that my testosterone was low, adjusted my treatment, and helped me dial in a realistic weight loss plan. I'm down 18 pounds and finally have the energy to keep up with my kids.”
John M.
Testosterone & weight loss
“I was struggling with mood swings, poor sleep, and stubborn weight gain. Instead of brushing it off, they actually listened, ran labs, and explained everything in plain English. With my new hormone plan, I feel calmer, sleep better, and my clothes are fitting looser again.”
Sarah L.
Women's hormone health
“No one had ever taken my thyroid symptoms seriously until I came here. They adjusted my medication based on how I felt, not just the lab numbers. My brain fog has lifted, and my day doesn't feel like a battle anymore.”
Mark R.
Thyroid & metabolic care
Testimonials from real patients, shared with written consent (names shortened for privacy). Individual results vary — every plan is tailored to labs, history, and goals. Testimonials are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Most new patients are on the calendar within 48 hours. Book directly from any "Book a visit" button and pick a time that works — or call (208) 329-6298 and we'll get you scheduled the same day. Same clinician for your first visit and every follow-up.
Do you take insurance?
No. We're self-pay only, which keeps the price transparent and the care direct. Many qualified medical services may be HSA/FSA eligible — eligibility depends on the service, clinical purpose, and your plan, so confirm reimbursement with your plan administrator.
Can I keep my primary care provider?
Yes — and we encourage it. Everyday Health Co is a specialty practice focused on hormones, metabolic health, and longevity. We coordinate with your PCP and share visit notes on request so nothing falls through the cracks.
How do labs work — and what will they cost?
Orders go through Labcorp or Access Medical Labs partner draw sites near you. Results flow into your portal with a clinician-signed plain-English summary, usually within 24 hours of the draw. Labs are billed at cost — we don't mark them up. A baseline hormone panel typically runs $80–$150; advanced longevity panels are more. We tell you the exact price before we order. Many lab services may be HSA/FSA eligible — confirm with your plan administrator.
What video platform do you use for telehealth visits?
HIPAA-compliant video through our patient portal — works in any modern browser on desktop or phone. No app to download. If your internet drops we'll switch to a phone call and pick up where we left off.
How do prescriptions work?
If ongoing treatment is clinically appropriate, your clinician writes the script and routes it to whichever pharmacy you use — local retail, mail-order, or a compounding pharmacy when the medication calls for it. You pick up the way you normally do; we don't lock you into a captive dispensary.
Which states are you licensed in?
Idaho, Utah, Montana, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Florida. We expand one state at a time so the clinical experience stays consistent. Telehealth eligibility is based on where you are physically located at the time of your visit — not your permanent residence. Your clinician must be licensed in the state where you are located during the appointment.
What if I need a specialist referral?
We say so on visit one. This practice is intentionally narrow — cardiology, endocrinology, complex GI, and therapy get referred out to trusted specialists in your area. We share your workup so you don't repeat labs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One-click pause or cancel inside your patient portal — same portal you use for messages, refills, and labs. No phone call required.
How does my data stay private?
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, built on systems designed for HIPAA-compliant care. Your health information is never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Start with a baseline.
Start with a 45-minute consult. The clinician who evaluates you stays connected to your follow-up care. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll point you to someone who is. No insurance paperwork, ever.
