The rules we both agree to.

What you're agreeing to when you use our website, the portal, and our services. Short, readable, written by humans.

Effective April 14, 2026·Version 1.0·
§01

Plain-English summary

Everyday Health Co is a cash-pay specialty medical practice. These Terms cover using our website, portal, and services. Becoming a member is a separate document we both sign.

Short version: we treat you in good faith; you give us accurate information; neither of us sues the other casually.

§02

Who we are

"Everyday Health Co" refers to Everyday Health Co LLC, a professional entity in Idaho, and its clinician-owned professional corporation in states that require one.

Medical services are provided by licensed clinicians (Kevin Watson, FNP-C, and future clinicians we'll add to this page). We are not a replacement for your primary care provider or for emergency services.

§03

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and physically present in a state where we are licensed at the time of each visit. We do not see members located outside states we are licensed in, even temporarily.

§04

What we do and don't treat

We treat hormonal, metabolic, performance, and longevity-oriented concerns. We do not treat emergencies, acute infections, pediatric or obstetric conditions, or serve as your primary care provider. If we think you need a different kind of provider, we say so.

§05

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only when clinically indicated. We prescribe testosterone where state law and clinical judgment support it; we do not prescribe most other controlled substances.

You are responsible for picking up prescriptions and paying pharmacy-level costs. Prices from us are at-cost pass-throughs; pharmacy pricing may vary.

§06

Payments & refunds

Consult fees ($95) and lab fees (at cost) are charged at the time of service. Membership dues are charged monthly on the anniversary of your join date. You can cancel any time; we refund a prorated balance for unused membership days.

We do not bill insurance directly. We provide a superbill on request for you to submit to your insurance company.

§07

Messaging, AI, and response times

We respond to non-urgent portal messages within 24 business hours, with an urgent-flag option for same-day clinical needs. Urgent messages are not a replacement for 911 or an emergency room.

We use AI tools to draft routine communications and summarize intake data. Clinical messages are reviewed by a human clinician before they reach you.

§08

Termination

Either of us can end the clinical relationship at any time. We'll give you 30 days of continuity and help you transition your care. We may terminate earlier if you're abusive to staff, intentionally withhold material clinical information, or request care we're not able to safely provide.

§09

Legal details

Governing law: Idaho. Disputes go to arbitration (JAMS) before court, except for claims under $10,000 which may be filed in small-claims court.

Limitation of liability: Our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for things law does not allow us to limit.

Class action waiver: We each agree to bring claims individually rather than as part of a class.
