Straightforward self-pay pricing with no insurance billing. You keep the same clinician over time, and everything you pay for is either clinical care or a pass-through cost you can verify.

Your first visit is $95 flat.
- A dedicated clinician — not a rotating panel
- Review of intake, history, goals, and relevant health concerns
- Initial direction discussed during the visit; written plan finalized once labs or additional review are available
- Treatment options and recommended next steps discussed
- Lab orders if indicated (billed separately at cost)
Prescriptions and ongoing treatment are available only after clinical approval and enrollment in the appropriate ongoing care program.

Most self-pay telehealth companies price their first visit by how they route you: async is cheap, video is expensive, everything else is a bundle. Ours is one price because your clinician’s time is the same either way.

02 · Ongoing care
Membership is time with your clinician. Programs are what you’re treated for.
After your first visit, ongoing care runs on a base membership plus program add-ons. The base covers continuity — ongoing care with your clinician (not a rotating panel), messaging, quarterly video, prescription management. Program add-ons cover the extra time and monitoring specific programs require (labs, titration, controlled substance protocols).

Weight loss, testosterone, thyroid, women’s hormones, metabolic, NAD+, and performance protocols each carry a small monthly delta on top of the base — for the extra monitoring, titration, and lab cadence those programs need. Deltas are quoted at your visit; nothing is bundled you didn’t ask for.
Program add-on pricing is quoted at your visit and shown in your patient portal before you commit. If it’s not the right fit, your clinician will tell you before anyone charges you.
03 · What costs extra
Pass-through costs. No markup.
We don’t make money on medications or labs. You pay what we pay — receipts show the same numbers on both sides.
Prescriptions billed at pharmacy cost. Compounded options quoted before we ship.
Lab panels billed at draw cost. Labcorp + Access Medical Labs in-network; in-clinic draws in Twin Falls.
Many services may be HSA/FSA eligible — receipts include CPT + ICD codes. Confirm reimbursement with your plan administrator.
Superbills available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.
We don't bill insurance directly. We chose self-pay because it keeps the visit about clinical care instead of coverage appeals. Every price on this page is a real price you can put in a spreadsheet.
