Care that actually knows you.
Everyday Health Co is a self-pay clinic in Twin Falls, Idaho, founded by Kevin Watson, FNP-C after 20 years in nursing and healthcare leadership. The practice was built for people who want their hormones, metabolism, sleep, and recovery actually measured — and a clinician who takes the time to sit with the labs and explain them in plain English.

Kevin brings 20 years of nursing, healthcare leadership, and clinical experience to Everyday Health Co. After graduating from the College of Southern Idaho in 2006, he spent much of his nursing career with Adventist Health in Bakersfield, working in emergency care, intensive care, and multiple leadership roles. He later served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for St. Luke’s in Jerome.
A nurse practitioner since 2019, Kevin focuses on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and personalized wellness. He believes lasting health is built through practical, consistent choices that help patients feel and function at their best.
Kevin and his wife, Andrea, have four daughters: Reese, Zoe, Charly, and Jovie.
The clinic we wanted to go to.
Every decision ladders up to four principles. They're boring. They're also why the experience feels different from the minute you start the intake.
Every program starts with a lab panel. We interpret those results alongside your symptoms, history, and goals — then build treatment around the full clinical picture, not a reference range alone.
Same clinician, every visit. Your history, your labs, your plan — in their head, not a handoff.
One flat consult fee. Labs and prescriptions pass through at cost. No insurance middle-man, no surprise bills.
Capped panel per clinician. We'll stop intake before we compromise the visit.
What we do. What we don't.
We are a cash-pay specialty practice. That means we're very good at a narrow set of things and honest about the ones we refer out.
- Hormonal optimization — testosterone, thyroid, HPG axis, perimenopause
- Metabolic health — insulin resistance, GLP-1 management, body comp
- Performance & recovery — sleep, training load, subclinical drift
- Longevity labs — lipids, inflammation, early screening
- People who want labs read by a clinician, not a dashboard
- Acute care, urgent care, or emergencies — call 911 or go to an ER
- Pediatrics (under 18) or obstetric care
- Scheduled (controlled) substances — testosterone is the lone exception per state law
- Primary care replacement — we encourage you to keep your PCP
- Complex oncology, cardiology, or endocrinology — we refer to specialists
Clinical philosophy.
We read the literature. We stay skeptical of single-study hype — and of "the way we've always done it."
Most interventions take 8–12 weeks to judge. We won't chase a number before the signal is real.
Every plan includes what we're doing, why, and what we're watching. If you can't explain it, you shouldn't be doing it.
Sleep, training, nutrition, and stress first. Prescriptions when they are the right answer — not the default.
We know our lane. If a cardiologist, endocrinologist, or therapist is the right call, we say so on visit one.
HIPAA-compliant stack. Your chart and labs download to a PDF in one click. We don't sell data, period.
Small team. Hired slowly.
Every patient is cared for by Kevin. As the panel grows we add one role at a time — and we show the plan here honestly.

Licensed where it counts.
We expand by state, one at a time, so the clinical experience is the same whether you're in Twin Falls or Salt Lake City.
Each state adds its own scope-of-practice rules. We do not see members located outside the states we are licensed in.
Meet the clinician, not the clinic.
$95 first consult with Kevin. If it's not the right fit, we'll point you to someone who is.
