Book a visit

Talk to a clinician, not a chatbot.

Self-pay, transparent pricing. A licensed clinician reviews everything before any plan is made. HSA/FSA cards accepted. No insurance billing.

Licensed in Idaho, Utah, Montana, Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, and Florida.

How it works

Three steps. No insurance paperwork.

01
Pick a time

Choose a video visit slot that fits your schedule. Most members get on the calendar inside 48 hours.

02
Brief intake

Answer a few questions about goals and history before the call. Lab orders, if needed, are placed afterward.

03
Plan + follow-up

Your clinician writes a plan, sends prescriptions if appropriate, and stays available between visits via secure message.

Before you book

Quick answers.

How much does a visit cost?
$95 flat for your first visit. Visit format depends on your state, care need, and clinical circumstances — many first visits are completed by video, and asynchronous care may be available when clinically and legally appropriate. Lab panels are billed at draw cost through Labcorp or Access Medical Labs. We don't bill insurance — superbills are available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.
Will I see the same clinician every time?
Yes — continuity is the point. The clinician who evaluates you manages your plan and follows up over time. Small patient panels help us preserve that relationship as the practice grows.
What if I'm not in one of the listed states?
Telehealth eligibility is based on where you are physically located at the time of your visit — not your permanent residence. Your clinician must be licensed in the state where you are located during the appointment. If you'll be outside our licensed states at visit time, email hello@everydayhealthco.com to be notified when we expand.
Is this covered by HSA/FSA?
Many qualified medical services may be HSA/FSA eligible — eligibility depends on the service, clinical purpose, and your plan. Receipts are itemized to make reimbursement easier; confirm with your plan administrator.
