Persistent low energy

When your energy has been flat for months, the answer usually lives in labs — not in another cup of coffee.

Overview

Low energy is the single most common reason patients book with us. It rarely has one cause: thyroid, testosterone, iron, B12, sleep, and metabolic health all feed into it. The point of the first visit is to sort out which of those is actually driving your symptoms.

What we look at

Signals, not guesses.

  • Full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T4, Free T3)
  • Total + free testosterone (men and women)
  • Ferritin, iron studies, B12, folate, vitamin D
  • Fasting insulin, HbA1c, comprehensive metabolic

How we approach it

The workflow.

  1. 0145-minute first visit to map symptoms against history.
  2. 02Order the labs above through Labcorp, Access Medical Labs, or in-clinic.
  3. 03Follow-up visit to review results in plain English and decide on a plan.
  4. 04Treat the driver we find — not a generic 'energy protocol'.

FAQ

Common questions.

Isn't this just a thyroid problem?

Sometimes. But testosterone, iron, and blood sugar all present as fatigue too. That's why the panel is broad on the first visit.

Do I need to fast?

Yes for the metabolic markers. We give you exact instructions after the first visit.
